I'm Angela Amerigo, a visual artist and website designer based in West Auckland, New Zealand. You can reach me at hello@angelaamerigoart.co.nz
What I collect and why

When you buy something, make an enquiry, or sign up to my mailing list, I collect basic information like your name, email address, and shipping address. I use this to fulfil orders, get in touch when needed, and occasionally send updates about new work or events (you can unsubscribe anytime).
When you visit this site, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect anonymous browsing data — things like which pages you visited and how you found me. I use this to understand what's working and improve the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through these tools.
Who I share your data with

I don't sell your data. Some information is shared with third-party services I use to run this site and process orders:
Squarespace — website and e-commerce platform
Google Analytics — site analytics
Meta Pixel — advertising and audience insights
Mailchimp— email marketing
Each of these has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Order and transaction records are kept for seven years in line with NZ tax requirements. Mailing list data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google and Meta's own policies.

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information I hold about you, and to ask me to correct it. If you'd like to do either of those things, just get in touch at hello@angelaamerigoart.co.nz
